SeeNMeet Terms of Service

Welcome to SeeNMeet, operated by Done Deal Entertainment LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using SeeNMeet (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SeeNMeet. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We may verify your age and terminate accounts found to belong to anyone under 18.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
• You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.
• You may not use the App if you have been previously banned from it.

3. Community Guidelines

SeeNMeet is for adults looking for real connections. To keep it safe and respectful, you agree not to:

• Send, request, or pressure anyone for nude or sexual photos, videos, or messages, including during video calls.
• Show nudity or sexual activity in your profile, photos, videos, or calls.
• Harass, insult, threaten, bully, or disrespect other users.
• Post hateful content about race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Ask anyone for money, gifts, loans, bank details, or investments, or run any kind of scam.
• Use fake photos, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Use the App if you are under 18, or attempt to contact anyone under 18.
• Use the App for commercial solicitation, promotion, or spam.
• Share another user's personal information, photos, or recordings without their permission.
• Record or screenshot video calls without the other person's consent.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Use the App for anything illegal, including solicitation or trafficking.
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, blocking, or reporting systems.

If someone breaks these rules, please use Report or Block. We review every report.

4. Content Moderation and Reporting

We use both automated and manual review to moderate content, including photos and videos. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Users can report or block other users directly within the App.

5. Safety Disclaimer

SeeNMeet is a platform for connecting with other users. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. We strongly encourage you to meet in public places, tell a friend or family member of your plans, and use caution when interacting with anyone you meet through the App.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

SeeNMeet Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Call time packs are one-time purchases and are added to your account immediately.

7. Termination

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban any account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

If your account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms, you lose access to SeeNMeet Pro and any unused call time, and we will not provide any refund or credit for unused subscription time or purchases, except where required by law. Refund requests made to Apple or Google are subject to their policies.

Suspension or termination does not cancel your subscription automatically. To stop future charges, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that you will find compatible matches.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Done Deal Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including interactions with other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
